Name and Logo of the Organization:

The organization is named “Indigenous Community Support Organization (ICSO)” written in Khmer and Roman alphabet.

This is the logo of the Indigenous Community Support Organization for general use.

The Meaning of this Logo is:

The Khmer letters on the top say “Indigenous Community Support Organization”. The design is from a central pole inside a communal meeting hall of an indigenous village (signifying meeting together). The left side says ICSO in Khmer characters. The right side is the abbreviated name of the organization (ICSO) and the bottom is the full name of the organization. In shape of the logo is representative of the indigenous village meeting hall in Ratanakiri province.

Below is the logo of the Indigenous Community Support Organization for use as a letterhead and stamp.

The stamp of ICSO must be green in color to represent natural resources.

Status of the Organization:

Indigenous Community Support Organization (ICSO) is a local Cambodian not-for-profit, non-governmental, non-partisan association established to serve the public benefit. Indigenous Community Support Organization (ICSO) is registered with the Ministry of Interior.

Date of Formation:

Indigenous Community Support Organization (ICSO) was formed in 01 July 2006.

Vision of the Organization:

Indigenous communities are well equipped with knowledge, capacity and solidarity, and be able to take strong ownership in organizing community and collective actions to protect and manage their natural, socio economic and cultural resources.

Mission of the Organization:

To develop and support the capacity of indigenous community networks and movements so they have the capacity to access basic services, to improve their livelihoods and work collectively to protect and manage their land, natural and traditional resources.
